The house is on a quiet road overlooking Arroyo del Pantana and look to the sea. 10 min walk from shopping, restaurants and the train station Arroyo de la miel/Benalmadena. With direct line to the airport. Lovely pool area with sun from 9am and the rest of the day. Entrance on the first floor where there is a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, livingroom, 2 bathroom and toilets. The house has a small balcony where it is possible to enjoy the warm evenings.
