This fantastic beachside holiday villa is located in the urbanisation Carib Playa just 2 minutes walk from the white sandy beach and it has the preserved nature area of "Las Dunas de Artola" adjecent to the huge backyard, so you walk from the backyard to the beach, no need to cross roads, it is a very good location, specially for those who look for a great holiday location with kids. The villa has a big private garden with a swimming pool, that is an ideal place for children to play. Inside on the ground level you have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a large dining room with access to the terrace, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a laundry room behind. On the 1st floor you have the 4th bedroom which has good size, a bathroom, a open dressing and sitting area and a smaller terrace. There is a small supermarket and a few beachside reataurants in walking distance. From the airport of Malaga it is a distance of 40km. In just 10 minutes driving you are in the heart of Marbella with its lovely old center, the streched boulevard where you can have a nice walk and the numerous excellent restaurants and bars.
