Beautiful and cozy house-apartment located in the North wing of a Catalan farmhouse of the S. XVII For architectural reasons of the farm children under 12 years are not allowed. Upon arrival, you park outside at the same entrance door, the entire estate is closed by an old stone wall. Upon accessing the interior of the farm, we are in the common courtyard. On the left a spacious garage suitable for motorcycles, bicycles, surfboards or other equipment. Following, on the right, the original laundry and watering hole and behind the blocks of our couple d horses (super docile fit to interact with them). In front is the large farmhouse with a bugambillia that covers an entire facade and on the left a quiet garden area. At the right end of the house a porch with 4 arches which is accessed by a small garden gate that surrounds and privatizes your apartment. Upon entering the porch we will be in your private area, an ideal stay for summer afternoons where you can cool off with the marinade lying in a hammock or prepare a barbecue with charcoal and firewood, at the end of the garden there is a staircase that gives access to another small garden, under the stairs there is the room, of the washing machine.
