Beautiful and cozy house-apartment located in the North wing of a Catalan farmhouse of the S. XVII For architectural reasons of the farm children under 12 years are not allowed. Upon arrival, you park outside at the same entrance door, the entire estate is closed by an old stone wall. Upon accessing the interior of the farm, we are in the common courtyard. On the left a spacious garage suitable for motorcycles, bicycles, surfboards or other equipment. Following, on the right, the original laundry and watering hole and behind the blocks of our couple d horses (super docile fit to interact with them). In front is the large farmhouse with a bugambillia that covers an entire facade and on the left a quiet garden area. At the right end of the house a porch with 4 arches which is accessed by a small garden gate that surrounds and privatizes your apartment. Upon entering the porch we will be in your private area, an ideal stay for summer afternoons where you can cool off with the marinade lying in a hammock or prepare a barbecue with charcoal and firewood, at the end of the garden there is a staircase that gives access to another small garden, under the stairs there is the room, of the washing machine. Villa Paradís is an attractive and spacious house with private pool in a quiet park in Vilacolum. Our house has a lot of privacy, is detached with space around the house. Situated in an attractive courtyard with 10 villas where you can also use the communal pool. Vilacolum is centrally located, close to the beaches of Sant Pere Pescador and L'Escala and cities such as Girona and Figueres. Ideal for families who want to seek out the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts, villages and beaches and want to find peace in a quiet natural environment. The padel club is a 5-minute walk away and the hiking and mountainbike trails start at the end of the street! It is a house with sunny and shady spots around the house and is an ideal spot in both summer and winter.
