There are numerous opportunities to spend an interesting and varied holiday in the surrounding area. Ideal for family holidays, adventure holidays, beach holidays, winter holidays. This flat is located approx. two kilometres from Torrox-Costa in a three-storey apartment building (on the second floor). The house is situated on a slope and you can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains and the sea from the conservatory and balcony. The flat is comfortably furnished. There is air conditioning in the living room and a standard ceiling fan in the large bedroom for cooling. During the cooler seasons, an electric fireplace in the living room and a portable electric heater provide cosy warmth. There is also a gas stove in the conservatory, which can also be used to heat the living room. The American kitchen (integrated into the large living room) is fully equipped (cooker with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, juicer).
