The house is distributed on one floor, where we find an interior terrace to shelter from the sun, a spacious living room with air conditioning and a 42" Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, etc. It has 3 double bedrooms; master bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. On the terrace we find a large space where you can be under the pergola and enjoy the sea views, as well as the covered barbecue area and the artificial garden area next to the private pool. Ample private parking inside the premises. The house is located 1 kilometre from the nearest beach, as well as restaurants, beach bars and supermarkets in the Torrox Costa area.
