Villa Pineda is a villa situated on the south of Costa Dorada, in the village of l'Ampolla managed by Catalan Ways. We have two offices in l’Ampolla to give support and information on all aspects of your holiday on the Costa Dorada; our job is to make sure you have all the knowledge you need to have the wonderful holiday you deserve. Villa Pineda is akin to renting a forest near the beach. Wrapped in a pine forest with entry through automatic gates and private pool, this 2,400 m of mature pine trees offers the ultimate in privacy. Located in the idyllic setting of Cap Roig resort, the villa is 400 m to the best beach in the area. The pool is newly built with sun-deck, bespoke barbecue hut, al fresco dining under the carob trees with large terrace, breakfast area and lots of cool space. This holiday villa is surprisingly spacious with an open plan living and dining area, independent kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms and with a sleeping capacity of eleven. The villa is furnished in the comfortable style of the 70's, a property with no fuss but well maintained and with the genteel air of a country residence. This is the first time we have brought this transcendent, beautifully designed property to the market. Zen del Mar combines Buddhist tranquility with the convenience of having a beach on your doorstep. Called Santa Lucia it is literally just a stone’s throw to the waves lapping on the shore. Set in its own private gardens with private swimming pool and bespoke barbecue area, what is immediately of note is the luminescent, open plan lay-out that provides space and an unmistakable touch of luxury. Overlooking the inviting blue of the pool, with views of the sea looming in the background, the elevated terrace features an alfresco dining area and a chill-out corner full of sofas and armchairs and coffee tables to curl up on and read a book or sip a glass of chilled white as hopefully someone other than you gets the barbecue going. The idea is based on the shepherds' huts to be found everywhere here. They were originally used as a hideout by the Shepherd with his dog and his flock of sheep or goat. The cabin is built with the same blocks stacked in the environment and is supplied with all the amenities of comfort you want. The total area is 37 m² and the casa has two bedrooms, a living / dining room, a kitchen, a toilet and shower. Outside there is a covered terrace with barbecue area. You can use the common swimming pool (10 x 5 m.) Of the Finca La Roca Blanca and ... dogs are also welcome! With four others, the cabin is part of the vacation rentals of Finca La Roca Blanca, on a field of 6.5 hectares.
