This vast villa, with its breathtaking views of the sea, has over 4000m2 of gardens with a swimming pool and tennis court (football/basketball). The villa is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 12 people, four in the guest house and eight in the main house. The main house consists of an entrance hall with separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a large screen TV and a double bedroom with its own shower room and toilet. Villa Sol is a modernist property that is spacious, elegant and filled with light thanks to the bay windows and French doors that front the garden and pool area. It is also perfectly located in the middle of L'Ampolla Mar so the Arenal beach is just a stroll away as are the shops and the restaurants along the wonderful maritime boardwalk. The independent kitchen is equipped to a very high standard and offers an elegant breakfast area for coffee and croissants. The lounge and dining area are open plan, with a large flatscreen TV and access to the lawned gardens and 10 meter long pool. The pool is super well designed with easy step access and a raised ‘toddler’ platform for playing in plus a deeper .
