This is simply a stunning property in every sense of the word. It is truly an ecological house that is built with recycled materials that show you can incorporate the past with the present and create a thing of beauty and practicality. And the great news is we are adding an 8m by 4m pool for this summer so not only will you find yourself in a stunningly beautiful part of the world with fabulous mountain and sea-views, but you will also be able to swim among the olive groves surrounded by trees. The magic begins on the covered terrace on a moonlight night for example, where you have a system of subtle lights in the roof canopy that discreetly lights the barbecue and outside dining area for an al fresco eating experience. The house has two separate entrances. One leads to the bedroom on the ground floor while the other leads you into this most beautiful kitchen with a host of decorative features integrated into the design. There is a dining table here, usually used for breakfast. Also on the ground floor you have the first of three separate lounge and chill-out spaces. It is located in front of the solid wood burner that also powers the central heating system. Gloriously secluded two bedroom eco house on an organic farm in the province of Tarragona, Spain. Olive tree terraces, swimming pool and wonderful sea views, it’s a 20 minute drive to the beautiful beaches and coastline around l’Ampolla. Finca Casita Guarda (The Guard House) was originally a farm storage building. We have worked tirelessly over the last few years to restore the land to its former glory and create an organic and sustainable olive farm which now produces high quality olive oil. As it is off grid, solar panels have been installed and rainwater is gathered and treated on the farm itself. As a guest, this means you can enjoy the mod cons of running water, shower, satellite TV, ice machine, etc, whilst knowing that you are not impacting the environment in any way.
