Our villa is for rent for holidays only. We do not accept long term bookings or bookings for under one week. Please note that the villa is in a quiet hamlet with a few other houses most of which do not overlook the property at all. However there is one property behind it that does overlook the pool and garden. Set in its own private grounds including swimming pool and garden with three patio seating areas, a pergola and a gas barbecue. Comprising of a large lounge and dining area, kitchen,3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a separate family bathroom with full sized bath and shower over. A shaded net fly enclosure overlooks the pool complete with table and chairs for alfresco dining. The pool also has a paved patio area adjacent to it with sun loungers and table and chairs, shaded by palm trees. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a full size fridge freezer, washing machine, gas hob, electric oven and microwave, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Digital TV channels, DVD player and WIFI are included. The gardens, which include orange,lemon and palm trees are completely enclosed with a gated driveway. The lounge diner and master bedroom are air conditioned, and all rooms have heaters and electric fans if required. All 3 bedrooms have large wardrobes.
