AN IDEAL HOUSE FOR A FAMILY STAY This house in Arenys de Mar has a private garden on one level from which we can see the sea and the port of Arenys! The location is ideal to enjoy the different areas of the garden, typical of the Mediterranean coast. This little house is located on a small hill, in a very quiet and not very busy residential area but at the same time a few meters from the center of town, the beach and the train station. Although it is not essential, we always recommend coming with your vehicle, but it is not a problem because you can park within the same property. HOUSE AND THE SPACE Comfortable and spacious, preserving the essence of a family house from the 60s. Entering from the main door we do not find the hall, to the right we find the first two bedrooms and we make our way to the large dining room and the kitchen. Our house is just 40 minutes north of Barcelona and we offer an independent and detached guest house (the Casita) on our Finca.
