The location is ideal to enjoy the different areas of the garden, typical of the Mediterranean coast. This little house is located on a small hill, in a very quiet and not very busy residential area but at the same time a few meters from the center of town, the beach and the train station. Although it is not essential, we always recommend coming with your vehicle, but it is not a problem because you can park within the same property. HOUSE AND THE SPACE Comfortable and spacious, preserving the essence of a family house from the 60s. Entering from the main door we do not find the hall, to the right we find the first two bedrooms and we make our way to the large dining room and the kitchen. This is a house built in 1949 and renovated 5 years ago but preserving the essence of the village and also its more Mediterranean and comfortable side. In the inner courtyard you can see an old jar brought from Murcia. Located in a very quiet street, without noise, it is ideal for rest. In addition we have also created a work space in the dining room (common area), available for 2 pc. It has a very spacious kitchen with dining table. Laundry room where you will also find iron and ironing board, cleaning products... And a complete bathroom with shower. As for the bedrooms of the house, in total there are 3. Two of them with double bed, and the third with two single beds. In total adding up to a maximum capacity to accommodate 6 people in the house. In short, we wanted to create a fresh, versatile and comfortable space. Its proximity to the subway to move to Barcelona, is another of the strengths of the location of our home. A 5 minute walk will take you to the metro station, and in 20 minutes you will reach the center of Barcelona.
