The apartment is located on the 1st floor. A covered terrace of 20 m2, facing South/ East is equipped with a summer kitchen and a garden table and chairs. A staircase allows to climb on a solarium of 45 m2 where the view on the sea is incomparable. This solarium has a full lounge and deckchair for 360° sunshine throughout the day. It is decorated with exotic flower pots that make it its charm . The apartment of 45 m2 has 2 double bedrooms, one with a bed of 160x200 and the other 135x190.
