Style and comfort less than 200m from the beach A major renovation in early 2024 has produced a fabulous open plan space for dining, cooking and comfortable living, including a large covered terrace overlooking the (fenced) swimming pool. With one of the best beaches on the Costa de la Luz less than 200m away, this is a perfect holiday home. Although Bahari is built on two floors, on the first floor you will find only the fourth bedroom (with bunk beds) and a roof terrace from where you can see the sea at the end of the street. Most of the accommodation is on the ground floor, which is divided between the bedroom wing on one side (two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom and the master suite with en-suite bathroom and dressing room) and the newly refurbished open-plan living room on the other side. The latter, although open-plan and airy, clearly demarcates dining, kitchen and living areas, the latter carefully divided into two parts, one of which contains the television. The furniture has neutral tones with nice touches of colour and together with various indoor plants and the greenery of the covered terrace, create an exotic feel. As the name suggests, you are right on the beach. From the sitting room and main bedroom you see your lawn, the sand, and the sea. And at the end of the garden, you walk down some simple steps cut into the dunes and you are on the beach. This is first and foremost a beachfront property, and you will get your first glimpse of the sea on both sides of the house as soon as you drive in or walk in. Arena is one of a dozen one-storey houses built around 20 years ago at the northern end of Roche’s beachfront. From the 17 metre long infinity pool you have a direct view of the sea, but there are also sea views from the terrace and three of the five bedrooms. When the gate opens, you are immersed in another world. The wide driveway leads around a fountain to the front door. The house is very spacious and with its 5 bedrooms offers room for 10 people. El Alarife is not only a bold modern design, and therefore very different from our other houses, but it is also the work of one of the best known and most awarded Spanish architects of the last decades.
