Villa Ponte is a magnificent house, surrounded by a large plot in a privileged location overlooking one of Menorca's most emblematic beaches, Cala Galdana. The entire beach can be seen from its terrace and pool. The house consists of 6 double bedrooms, 5 of them with twin beds and one room with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The remaining rooms share three other bathrooms, all renovated and updated. The living-dining room, along with the separate kitchen, forms the central axis from which access is gained to the magnificent covered-uncovered terrace and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, combi-fridge, microwave, as well as a toaster, kettle, and other small appliances. The Villa is prepared and equipped for 11 people with a simple and functional Menorcan-style decoration suitable for summer. It should be noted that 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, accessed by a spiral staircase, and another two are on the ground floor, which also requires climbing a few steps. The double bed is 150 cm and the single beds are 80 and 90 cm. Access to the beach is via a staircase very close to the house or by walking along the street for approximately 900 meters.
