My villa is prepared for vacation rental for groups of 10-16 people. I have bought all new furniture, new beds, everything new, and keep this up to standard. The renting experience tells me that I am getting many satisfied families and friends, high occupancy rates, and everybody happy. It has impressive views, better than the photos, and during the evening when things quiet down we can even hear the sea. The villa is located at 300m from the first restaurant, 400 metres from Albir centre, the supermarket and the shops so you don't need a car, it's a 5 minutes walk. It's a 3 minute walk to the entrance of the natural parque with the lighthouse a great place for jogging, walking and picnic.
