The apartment is very spacious and roomy, it has an independent kitchen with a gallery, a very large living-dining room with access to a terrace with beautiful views of the Port of Tomás Maestre and the Estacio canal. It has two bedrooms, the main one with two single beds together, the second bedroom with two separate single beds, both with views of the canal. The apartment has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bathtub. The apartment is on a 1st floor and its proximity to the sea makes it a peaceful place to enjoy good weather and tranquillity. The apartment has wifi connection and air conditioning (cooling) units in the bedrooms. LOCATION: The urbanisation, Los Miradores del Puerto, at km 14, has a large communal area with garden, paddle court and swimming pool. The swimming pool is open all year round.
