This new and modern family villa is located in the small village of Roda just minutes from Roda golf resort and the town of Los Alcazares. The villa has a fantastic roof terrace with chill out sofas, sun beds, table and chairs for outside dining as well as the hot tub and sun shade. The villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with patio doors leading onto the rear patio area. There is a large lounge with sofa-bed, chairs and a large flat screen TV leading onto the front patio and pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped and is open plan so you can cook and entertain at the same time. At the front of the house you have the pool area where you can sit and relax. Roda golf course is just 5 minutes drive and is just one of 22 courses in the Murcia region all within a drive away. Roda is a small village just outside Los Alcazares with a great family feel and has a few restaurants and bars to enjoy an evening meal or lunchtime tapas.
