Large, beautiful house with stunning views in the urbanization Las Velas. The house is a detached villa and has a private swimming pool and private outdoor area / garden. The house is on two levels, with a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Great sea views to the Mediterranean, and it is only 90 meters to the wonderful Mediterranean beach. The living room downstairs has sofa area with TV and DVD player, dining table with 6 chairs, large kitchen with dishwasher. Master bedroom downstairs has a private en-suite bathroom with tub. On the first floor there is a large kitchen, 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, living room with sofa corner, dining area, TV, DVD player and a stereo. Over the first floor there is a large roof terrace, and there is an outside staircase from the first floor to the garden and swimming pool.
