There is a large living room with 2 sofas, TV and dining table. On the good-sized terrace you can enjoy the views overlooking the garden and the pool area towards the sea. Fully fitted kitchen with all appliances and utensils for those looking to eat in during their stay. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 individual beds, both with its own TV on the room and ceiling fans. The en suite bathroom (wet room) is fully adapted for easy access and safety for guests with limited mobility having raised toilet, Safety bar next to toilet and grab rails in all areas. The tiles are specifically slip resistant in the entire space. The second bathroom has a bath with shower fitting. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, cable-TV and Wi-Fi. We provide all bed linen and towels. The urbanisation has a large green garden and two communal pools, one large pool and one children's pool, open from the 15th of May.
