It has a fully equipped kitchen for those who want to eat in during their stay. On the good-sized balcony, equipped with a table and 4 chairs, it has a side view of the garden and pool area. The apartment offers cable TV, fibre optic WiFi and air conditioning in all rooms. There are 2 bedrooms with single beds, however, the beds in the master bedroom are wider than usual and can be joined if necessary. There is plenty of wardrobe space and ceiling fans in both rooms. 2 well-designed bathrooms, 1 en-suite, with large showers. We provide all bed linen and towels. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, with a lift. The development has a large green garden and a pool open from 15 May and is next to the Los Boliches Padel Tennis Club. Very nice 2 bed/2 bath apartment with great terrace, in the middle of charming Los Boliches surrounded by all amenities you need and only a short walk to the beach. The apartment is located on the fifth floor in a building with elevator. The living room and kitchen has an open plan layout which makes the apartment bright and airy. There is a double sofa bed, TV and dining table for 5 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances including dishwasher, full sized oven and utensils. The west facing terrace is covered and offers an open view of the city. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Both have fitted wardrobes. There are 2 bathrooms, both with shower cubicles. The apartment has international TV-channels, fast fibre Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout. We provide all bed linen and towels. There is community parking but no assigned space so a spot is not always guaranteed during the busiest times of the year
The community offers a big swimming pool that is open between the 15th of June and the 15th of September and a lovely garden, the perfect place to relax and a real oasis in the middle of the city.
