Outside this fantastic property you will find extensive gardens where you can sunbathe before cooling off in the large chlorine pool of the urbanization, which has dimensions of 10mx4m and a depth of 1.7m. On the terrace of the accommodation you will be able to extend your evenings eating or having a drink thanks to the outdoor dining table. Please note that as this is an apartment there are neighbours nearby, so there is only partial privacy. Inside the apartment you will find a spacious living-dining room equipped with AC and Smart TV, which will be the ideal place to extend your evenings. The kitchen, completely independent, has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, you will be able to use the bedroom available, which has a double bed and AC. A third person can be accommodated thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. A bathroom with shower completes the stay. A fan, washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, and if you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair. It has 2 bathrooms each with a bathtub and a separate fully equipped kitchen, the living room is quite spacious and consists of a comfortable sofa, smart tv and dining table for 4. The terrace of 20 m2 gives a nice view to the pool and the green area of the urbanization. Also from the same terrace on the side you have a distant view of the sea. The urbanisation has a swimming pool for adults and another one next to it for children. For tennis lovers a tennis court is at your disposal, you only have to bring your equipment. The accommodation has a private car park which is covered. There is also the possibility to park on the street. It is situated right next to the A7 motorway in the direction of Marbella and has access to the beach via a bridge that connects the two sides of the road. Walking distance to the concert venue in Fuengirola : El Mare Nostrum de Fuengirola. Next to the house there is a BP petrol station and on the other side of the road at 20 min walking distance is the Sohail Castle of Fuengirola and the Hotel IPV Palance Spa.
