This apartment shares a well maintained garden with shrubs, and an orange and lemon tree. There is a communal pool and sea views. As the apartment is on the ground floor you can just step through the patio doors of the lounge or kitchen, onto the terrace and across the lawn to the large pool. The apartment is air conditioned to be cool in the Summer or use the heating for the Winter evenings. Mijas is an interesting white washed Spanish village with cobbled streets in the older sections. There is a multitude of eating places within the village and a variety of shops. The apartment is in a marvellous position being close to the centre of the village with it's shops, and restaurants but is situated in a secluded location, which is quiet and peaceful. It is not essential to hire a car when renting this apartment as the village has a lot to offer and public transport is reasonably priced and regular going to places like Marbella, Torremelinos, Porto Benuse and Fengirola. The nearest beaches are at Fengirola which is a 15 minute drive or bus ride. This is a lovely 2 bedroom, two bathroom apartment, with stunning panoramic views, in the pretty white village of Mijas Pueblo. The apartment is totally compliant with the Andalucian rental laws and is registered with the authorities as such. Bedroom one is a a large room and has a king size double bed and an en-suite full bathroom which has been recently renovated. Bedroom two has two full size single beds and a shower room/guest bathroom next to it. Both bedrooms have modern fitted furniture. The rest of the apartment has also been extensively refurbished and modernised, and now has a very large water tank/heater (providing ample hot water) and a new modern efficient, ducted air conditioning system (to the living area and both bedrooms) which also gives heat in the winter. The apartment is situated in the prestigious Sierra Mar urbanisation, on the quieter side of the village, but it is less than a 5 minute walk to an array of bars, restaurants and shops that are bustling throughout the year.
