A comfortable holiday home directly on the beach in La Cala de Mijas on the Costa del Sol. From the garden, you can walk straight to the beach in one minute! A swimming bath is not necessary. The separate garden is in a tropical setting with banana trees, hibiscus and vine tendrils. The environment is excellent for combining a beach holiday with visits to several cultural cities such as Granada, Seville, Malaga and Ronda. In the hinterland of the Costa del Sol, there are various nature reserves where you can take great walks and visit small Spanish villages. In case you would like to spend your vacation with more people, you can rent house La Gaviota for 14 people additionally. This house is situated at the beach in La Cala de Mijas, only one street appart. It takes you only one minute to go from your garden to the beach. Both houses together offer room for 19 people. If you prefer to arrive or depart outside of the presented times, the caretaker of the house has the right to charge you 50 euros for this extra service. The house is organized around a central area with a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and workspace. You will enjoy original terracotta floors, unique doors, mountain views, and amenities such as a private barbecue. A cot and high chair are available on request (please check availability with the owner). You can step out into the private garden on a large plot that covers half a mountain, with several covered and uncovered terraces, and complete privacy with views of the valley. The beautiful private pool is open all year and can be seen from almost every room. The property offers 10 shared parking spaces. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Events are not permitted on the property. Single beds in some bedrooms can be joined to form double beds on request. There are 2 security cameras in the living room and the studio, which are only activated if the alarm is not properly deactivated. Indeed, there are palm trees, but you will also find fruit trees and all kinds of flowers and plants. The house is located in a rural hilly landscape, between Mijas (5 km) and Fuengirola (4 km), offering a pleasant retreat with sea views and spacious exteriors.
