The 30m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom (with shower) and can therefore accommodate 2 people. The Villa is situated in the "barranco de Arguineguin" with breath taking views over the mountains, orange trees and stunning blue skies. Set over 3 floors each with its own private terrace. On the ground floor we have the main entrance to the Villa that takes you into the spacious lounge which overlooks the amazing mountains. Also on this floor you have the separate dinning area; kitchen and WC. Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms , 2 of the rooms with double beds and one room with 2 single beds, also a cot if needed on request and the second bathroom.
