The small but cozy country cabin "Finca Nim 1" is located on a large farm in the mountainous landscape near Mogán in southwest Gran Canaria. The 30m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom (with shower) and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, washing machine (shared), a baby bed, a mini-cot and a highchair. The outdoor area features a private and partly covered terrace with seating furniture and a stone barbecue, while the communal outdoor area, which is shared with the homeowners and their children, has chickens and goats as well as a garden and a pool, surrounded by the wonderful mountain panorama. A bakery is 300m from the property, and in Mogán (3.5 km or a 5-minute drive), you will find a supermarket as well as some cafés and restaurants. While the area is perfect for hiking or cycling, you can reach the nearest beach in Playa de Mogán, which is a 10-minute drive or 5.4 km away. The seaside town also has a port, a pharmacy and a number of cafés, bars and restaurants. The airport is a 40-minute drive or 54 km away. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Step-free interior. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Homegrown vegetables and fruit available....

The Village of El Horno has a good local shop and bar each within walking distance; children's play area and flood-lit sports pitch 5 mins away. The Villa is situated in the "barranco de Arguineguin" with breath taking views over the mountains, orange trees and stunning blue skies. Set over 3 floors each with its own private terrace. On the ground floor we have the main entrance to the Villa that takes you into the spacious lounge which overlooks the amazing mountains. Also on this floor you have the separate dinning area; kitchen and WC. Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms , 2 of the rooms with double beds and one room with 2 single beds, also a cot if needed on request and the second bathroom. Up to to the roof terrace at the top of the stairs you have a washing machine & tumble dryer. Outside you have an area for private sun bathing with sitting area etc. On the lower ground floor we have a fourth bedroom with a double bed, and recently decorated bathroom. There is also a games room that has a pool table, table tennis and gym equipment for your use. You can access here to the heated swimming pool and BBQ area. The Villa is very safe and secure (child friendly) with gates/modern alarm/intercom camera entry and smoke detectors fitted on all levels. Perfect place to get away, relax and unwind with friends or family. The property is large and spacious with a lovely open plan design. Fully renovated to a high spec. There are great views from the balcony terrace where you can cook a treat on the BBQ. We have recently added a new hot tub so you can relax and enjoy. Just 2 minutes walk to the local Tauro Grill restaurant and Spar supermarket. There is also a large communal heated swimming pool and a kids playing area. We can provide a cot, high chair and a kid's playbox with toys. We also installed a full IPTV system with cartoons, sports, boxsets and all European TV including UK and Scandanavian. It's perfect for families. It can comfortably sleep 6 adults and 1 child but we prefer to keep it to 6 people or less. There are 2 double beds and 2 single beds. We also have a baby cot and high chair if required. All the bedrooms are located downstairs with the living area, kitchen and balcony terrace upstairs offering great views. You can access directly to the downstairs patio (sun trap) from the bedrooms. All bathrooms have marble finishing and throughout the house you will notice the attention to detail.
