The reverse cycle air conditioning makes this property a brilliant option to enjoy the island in winter and in the summer. The distribution is over two levels; on the lower level there are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them en-suite), the kitchen, a dining room, and the living room with a fireplace and access onto a beautiful terrace with sea views. A master suite and two terraces with incredible sea views are on the upper floor, which is reached independently via outdoor steps.
