Little House is just lovely. Situated within the Snowdonia National Park you are in easy reach of beaches, mountains and all sorts in between. The lovely galley style kitches has underfloor heating and is well equipped with electric cooker, grill and hob, wasjing machine, microwave and friedge with ice box. The pretty sitting room has a great sofa, log burning stove in an inglenook fireplace, table for two by the window and open tread stairs to the bedroom. The bedroom is beautifully dressed with a double bed and antiue furniture. The modern shower room has underfloor heating, wash handbasin, loo and shower on the ground floor just off the kitchen. There is a large lawned area with garden bench overlooking the picturesque italianate village of Portmeirion and the sandy estuary. There are also two sitting areas with tables and chairs to enjoy the views with a nice glass of wine in the evening or breakfast in the sunshine! The property offers front and rear enclosed gravel patio areas plus a surrounding field to wander with your dogs (sheep may be present certain months of the year).
