A modern cozy guest house for 2 adults only. (If more than 2 people turn up, your stay will be cancelled with immediate effect and denied entry). We have been contact by lots of previous guests. Unfortunately we had to close the guest house up till now due to the river flooding our main house on 8th January 2024 which we have had to knock it down. Luckily the guest house was high enough to miss the flood water. The new house is being rebuild above the 1 in 100 flood levels. We also just had our first born who was only 12 days old so lots of change! The guest house is closed during the week due to building work. Weekends only unless you need it during the week but there will be builders on site. The guest house house is at the front of the property away from the main house. Located by The River Thames on a private Island. This is a tranquil and peaceful setting - no parties allowed or extra guest. We charge extra for: Boat hire (£40 pound per hour) or (£100 for 3 hours). Jacuzzi hire (£40 pound per night). Fireplace bioethanol fuel (£10 pound bottle).
