Lovely flat in Torrevieja (Torre La Mata), totally refurbished! It consists of a living room with chill out area, dining room, fully fitted open plan kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Capacity is for 4 people (1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed). It is located in a very quiet area. It has a lift, but to enter the building there are stairs. An flat is located in a residential area, where there is a communal swimming pool + children's pool. Accommodation of 52 m² nice, comfortable, furnished and with sea view (east) from the living room. The flat is equipped with air conditioning (hot / cold) throughout the flat. The flats are equipped with everything you need: WiFi, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, bed linen and towels for each person, TV. In the kitchen: coffee machine, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, crockery (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, etc.). It is very close to the rocky beach "Cala del Moro" (100m), sandy beach "Playa la Mata" in 2km; 2-3 km from the centre of the village. In 6-7 minutes walking distance you can find many restaurants and cafés. Right next to the supermarkets (600m and 1.7km). Airport of Alicante-Elche is located in 43 km and Torrevieja Bus Station - in 5 km. A great option to enjoy a quiet and family holiday in Spain....
