During the summer season the owner rents out her well furnished and equipped family home which has five bedrooms (3 doubles and 2 twins) with 3 bathrooms and a large lounge/diner. The fully fitted kitchen includes fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster etc .There is a covered terrace for outside dining and it also boasts an outdoor bar with barbecue and wood oven. One of the twin bedrooms and a bathroom with shower is on the ground floor, and a ramp around the back of the villa allows car access also to the ground level, so it is suitable for use by somebody who has difficulty with stairs. This car access is also useful for unloading luggage and heavy shopping direct into the kitchen. There is no air conditioning although electric fans are provided in each room. The covered terrace for dining is well positioned to take advantage of any sea breezes. The property sits in 2500m2 of enclosed land with maintained garden and trees, with large sun terrace around the pool.
