On the first floor, you'll find a spacious and very bright living room with double-height ceilings and tall windows, a separate fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, a laundry/storage room, a large master bedroom with wardrobe, and a luxurious bathroom with hydromassage—all with fantastic sea views. Both the living room and master bedroom open directly onto a large terrace with a pool and barbecue. Downstairs are two guest bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a second living room, and a guest WC. Every room has access to a terrace. Extras include a security entrance door, marble floors with underfloor heating, air conditioning in every room, large fridge, pool with underwater window, and 24/7 security in Altea Hills. The villa offers plenty of privacy and high-quality materials. Check-in from 4:00 pm. Check-out by 10:00 am. If you inform us in advance about your arrival and departure times, we can be flexible if there are no guests before or after your stay.
