This cosy stone house is situated on a hill near Felanitx, the road leads directly to the back of the house, where you also find the parking area. At the front of the house is the swimming pool surrounded by the garden with a large lawn area, trees and a table tennis table. Side the swimming pool there are 6 sun loungers and 3 sunshades Access to the house through the porch where we find a table with 6 chairs and a gas barbecue, as it is forbidden to make fire in the forest areas. The house has a spacious living-dining room with stone walls, at the end of which is the fully equipped kitchen with oak furniture. A corridor leads from the living room to the 3 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and its own bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has two single beds.
