This terraced house features a nice, 5.30 m x 3.30 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1 m to 1,70 m. Around the pool there are 6 sun loungers, 2 sun umbrellas and 1 exterior shower. The porch is a lovely corner to have a BBQ with your family. The privacy of this accommodation is partial. The pool area is laterally protected by bushes. In total, the house has 3 floors, the GF, the 1F and the 2F. The latter has a fantastic roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun. The bright living-dining room is ideal for chats and meals with your family, relaxing while watching satellite TV, or reading a book. The kitchen is open to the living room and is very well equipped, including ceramic hob. The laundry room is located on the terrace and has 1 washing machine, 1 iron, and 1 ironing board.
