Description: |
Pino Golf Don Carlos is located at the very best area of Costa del Sol, very close to the classical Hotel Don Carlos, in the exclusive zone of Marbella, between Capo Pino and Elvira. Along an incomparable nature reserve and an environment-friendly extensive green area, Pino Golf Don Carlos is also surrounded by splendid beaches. not to mention all the kind of services and the sport facilities on display, such as golf, sailing, tennis, underwater fishing, horse-riding. Pino Golf Don Carlos has very good communications - 25 minutes to Malaga Airport, 5 minutes to Marbella nearby Puerto Banus is only 15 minutes away and only one hour to Gibraltar. Pino Golf is considered to be one of the most elegant and prestigious residential areas of the coast, where you will find the calmness and the quality of life you deserve.
Based on the first floor the apartment has access via a lift. Internally the flooring is in cream marble throughout. Accommodation consists of two bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms, one en-suite & bathroom 1 comes with Jacuzzi. kitchen comes complete with all Siemens appliances Fridge/Freezer, oven, hob, cooker, microwave.
There is Hot & Cold Air Conditioning and large balcony, complete with furniture overlooking the pool.
As well as SKY TV, we can now obtain mobile modems that plug into computers and can surf the net and gain access to your emails via mobile phone masts from within the accommodation. No searching for Internet cafes etc, all can be done from the accommodation!
Only 5 minutes walk to the beach and minutes to a selection of high quality restaurants, bars and shops.
A small additional charge will be applied for the full clean of the apartment on your departure and guests staying for more than 1 week will be liable for the cost of a mid-term clean and linen change.
We may require an additional small deposit to be left with our management company, which will be refunded at the end of your break, to cover any potential damage or loss.

Nice apartment, lovely well-kept grounds and pool area. We had nice meals in the local area at Deja Vu and Browns. Also good selection of take-aways and 24 hour supermarket very useful. All in all we had a lovely holiday and enjoyed the spaciousness and coolness of the apartment. Even when quite busy, the pool area was big enough to accommodate numerous families with children and we spent many days just doing that.
Just to let you know we had a lovely time in the apartment. Id like to go back over sometime in the future - so will be in touch with you to see if the apartment might be free. I will also be recommending the place to friends - so hopefully you might get some contact from them.
