Casa Limon is a very comfortable well furnished villa with a private pool and a lovely mature garden in a tranquil setting.
It enjoys a secluded southerly facing position with stunning views both to the coast and to the nearby mountain of Maroma and the mountain ranges of Tejada and Almijara in the National Park.
The villa is within easy walking distance to both Canillas and Competa-both offer a good choice of bars and restaurants and the larger village of Competa also offers banking and a good variety of quality shopping.
The whole surrounding area is mainly agricultural with olives,grape vines,avocado,lemon and orange trees.
The villa comprises of two bedrooms(one king size bed with large en-suite;
1 twin bedded) There is an additional room with a double bed setee that can be used for sleeping.
A comfortable sitting room with a traditional style ceiling,a corner fireplace and a TV with Freeview
A large Sun lounge with beautiful views.
Fully Fitted Kitchen.
Swimming approx.8x4metres.
There is a BBQ and a drying area.

The Villa is easy accessable-with a short tarmac road leading to it.
Level Garden and large Patio area.
Air conditioning units in sitting room and master bedroom
