The construction combines Andalusian style inside and out, Ibizan style in the exterior columns, and Mallorcan style in the fireplace. It is one of the few houses in the area that still preserves its Andalusian essence, with Nazarí-style tile details in one of the bathrooms and on the access stairs. The villa is located on a 900 m² plot and the 140 m² house, all on one floor, consists of a living-dining room, three bedrooms—all with sea views—accommodating six people, and two full bathrooms. There is air conditioning and heating in all rooms and the living room. The house is fully equipped, as the owners use it during different seasons. The owners and their children will welcome you, as they live in Motril.
