Totally new apartment with totally new furniture’s 75sqm + 25sqm balcony directly facing south, located less than 15 minutes walk from the beach and shops/restaurants.

The apartment contains living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite with Jacuzzi) and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave oven, ceramic hop, dishwasher and a separate room with a washing machine).

The balcony has table and chairs for 6 as well as 2 sun beds. Living room includes light colour leather coaches and dinning table for 6-8 (if you would like to have guests for dinner) as well as 40” LCD television mounted on the wall (Spanish, English and German television available).
One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom two single beds (sleeps 4), both with build-in closets.

Both hot and cold air-conditioning is installed as well as electric blinds and baldachins on the balcony.

Communal swimming pool inclusive a lovely grass sun area is also inclusive.

Linen, towels, electricity and cleaning after departure is included in the rental price.

We have a Danish contact who will wellcome you at the apartment when you arrive. They will hand over the keys and give you a short introduction to the apartment.

Indoor private parking is included in the rental price.

The TV is equiped with several radio channels together with a long list of international TV programmes (English/German/Spanish)

We are very flexible with regards to daily rates if you are interested in e.g. 9 days or are dependent on a flight booking that doesn’t fit with a week!

On arrival you will pay directly to our local contacts €160 (part of the rental).
The remaining rental is due 4 weeks before commencement of the rental period!

On receipt of the rental payment you will receive map and direction details either by mail or e-mail.

Internet access is available for an additional charge:

A Fair Review We Hope

Apartment was amazing, with extra facilities added in (hair dryer, binoculars, scales etc., etc). The Danish contact was prompt on arrival (even though we hd been delayed) and nothing was too much trouble. We have only rated the recommendation to the area a 4 star as it is very hilly; were we older we would probably need to hire a car / use taxis. However, we went to play golf and it is ideally located for Torrequebrada. The restaurants and bars are within easy reach (15 minutes walk) and all fairly "quiet" compared with busier resorts. We can especially recommend the restaurant Sabatini on the sea front. Malaga Airport Transfers were fantastic - they collected us from the airport with no problem and returned us just as effortlessly.
