A flat, condo or apartment in Estepona Port is a great place for a holiday, short break or vacation, but have you ever arrived at a self-catering vacation holiday flat, only to spend the first few hours cleaning?
That will never happen in our apartments. (See also id.350 & 539)

You may be looking for a quiet, 1 bed holiday rental apartment flat condo with sea view in Marbella or Puerto Banus, but before doing so please consider the delightful still-spanish seaside town of Estepona, only 20 minutes away.
We have a lovely spacious quiet ground floor flat, well appointed and located in an attractive low rise block built on a slope.
The main rooms of the apartment (south facing) are three floors from the well kept garden/pool level. It is, in effect a 3rd floor flat apartment condo, overlooking the sea & harbour entrance.


There are two lifts. The living room and bedroom both have direct access
to the spacious terrace 14ft x 10 ft, furnished with a wrought iron table, matching bench & two chairs.
Sitting here looking over the garden, pools and marina to the Mediterranean provides a wonderful start to your holiday.

The bedroom has a firm King size bed that can be separated if required; a central ceiling light/fan; consul and wall mirror; double hanging wardrobe and shelved cupboard.

The en-suite shower room has a spacious tiled walk in shower area, bidet, W.C.and vanity basin with cupboard & drawers.

The modern sea facing kitchen is superbly equipped with all modern appliances including a refrigerator / freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher,
The large lounge is well furnished with two three-seater sofas, dining table and chairs, TV/VCR, DVD player and CD/cassette/radio. A choice of family video cassettes, C.Ds, books and a few games are there for your use. There is also a list of around 300 more videos & DVDs that can be borrowed free of charge. The apartment is serviced weekly for stays of 12 nights plus.

Within a 5 minute walk of the block is the delightful beach of Playa Del Cristo as well as a plethora of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bars etc... at the vibrant and colourful Port of Estepona.

The typically Spanish old town is only a 15 minute stroll down the beach-side promenade. Full of twisty, sometimes cobbled narrow streets, there are a variety of local shops, restaurants and bars, as well as pretty squares to sit in and while your time away.

For out-and-abouters, you can either arrange to go by organised coach trip; get the bus from the central bus station (10 mins walk) or hire a car and drive to Ronda; Malaga; Seville; Cordoba; Cadiz and/or Granada. All are worth a visit, if not this holiday, then maybe the next one!!

This old sea-side town, located between Marbella and Gibraltar is one of the few on this coast that is relatively unspoiled by the intrusion of commercial tourism. A by-product of this is a low crime rate and a feeling of safety at all times.

There are a wide variety of restaurants ranging from tapas to gourmet at prices often less than the UK even with a weak £. Try the lunch-time "Menu Del Dia" available in most restaurants. 3 courses for around 9€ !!!

There are two market days (Wednesdays and Sundays) throughout the year, but subject to weather.
The area is full of interesting and exciting things to do and see. These include excellent Golf Courses, Tennis, Selwo Safari Park, Water sports, Horse riding, Fishing, Walking, Go-Karting, Dolphin Watching; Para-gliding, and Pool.

Traditional Bullfighting, four little museums and concerts can be seen at the bull ring. A casino is located 20 minutes away and there are organized trips to watch the dolphins at play off Gibraltar.


On average the Costa-del-Sol is one of the warmest places in Europe with temperatures 5-10 degrees hotter than the U.K. (Celsius not Fahrenheit) It is normally a pleasant dry heat.

There is a regular bus service to local towns including Puerto Banus, Casares and Marbella. There is also a well-priced taxi service. An underground car space is available to rent for your hire car.

Large south-east facing terrace with stunning view of garden, pool, boats in the harbour and the Mediterranean. Parking available. Beach, local restaurants, bars supermarkets & marina all 5 minutes walk. Town Centre is 15 minutes walk. Typically Spanish working town. Regret few/no souvenir shops. Lots of Fiestas, parades etc. We live here so it cant be too bad. Youll have a very relaxing or very exciting time here-whichever you choose. Close to Marbella; Puerto Banus and Gibraltar. Granada; Cordoba; Ronda Malaga & Seville are all easy to travel to, see and return from in one day (each).
If youve seen Estepona on the map before, or by-passed it in the car on a previous holiday, then consider staying here & we guarantee you will be pleasantly surprised!!!
