Arguably the nicest in Almunecar. Spacious, airy, private, and furnished throughout to a high standard. Walk through the front door into a light and welcoming entrance hall with glass doors opening either side onto the east and west terraces. Corridor to the main living areas and another leads off one to the bathroom and bedrooms.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a door opening directly onto the west terrace. The plunge pool, bar and bbq are situated on this terrace.
There are 2 lounges, the main one is furnished with settees, coffee table and armchairs. The tv lounge also has a settee, coffe table, recliner armchair, LCD tv with satellite viewing, DVD player, and internet connection. Both areas have sliding doors leading directly onto the south terraces.
The dining area is furnished with a large glass top table that can seat 8 and a dresser with a selection of books and DVDs.
The main en-suite bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and bedroom 2 with twin beds. The large main bathroom is equipped with wc, bidet, hand basin and a jet shower cubicle with a variety of settings.
The east, south and west facing terraces are decorated with tropical palms, plants and flowers. There are fantastic 360 degree views over the roofs of Almunecar old town and castle, the mediterranean, and Marina del Este. You can enjoy complete privacy lazing by the pool or relaxing on one of the terraces.
The property is frontline on the much sought after San Cristobal Beach and has private underground parking. You are within easy walking distance of the town centre with its shops, supermarkets, restaurants, markets and bars (where complimentary tapas are still served). There are a further 3 community pools (open high season) and a tennis court available for use.
The Costa Tropical is renown for its unique subtropical microclimate with very little rain due to the close proximity of the high Sierras and the North African coastline. You can easily drive to the famous ski resort of Sierra Nevada for a days skiing.
The nearby water park (open high season) is a short walk away and as are a variety of water sports including sailing, windsurfing, diving, etc. Other activities include paragliding, horse riding, hiking and various clubs and discotheques along the coast. There are two 18-hole golf courses within a half-an-hour drive and a further course 45 minutes away. The Sierra Nevada ski resort is within easy driving distance for a days skiing.
