LUXURY 2 BEDROOM HOLIDAY APARTMENT TO RENT IN MIRAFLORES-MALAGA-SPAIN COSTA DEL SOL
This luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with excellent facilities is located on the third floor with beautiful panoramic views of sandy beach, the coast and across the Valley to the “White Village” of Mijas on the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with everything you will need for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. The apartment consists of a modern fully fitted KITCHEN with separate UTILITY ROOM, a large LOUNGE/DINING ROOM with direct access to a large private TERRACE, with dining table and chairs for alfresco dining. The 2 BEDROOMS and 2 BATHROOMS are accessed from a hallway off the living area. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and both bathrooms are fully tiled and have twin-sized wash basins. The apartment has its own underground garage space with lift straight up to the property. It has full air conditioning/heating installed throughout the apartment, marble floors, double-glazing and the most wonderful views especially from the master bedroom “Romeo and Juliet” balcony.
The complex is within five minutes walking distance to the local supermarket, small shops, internet café and some very cosy restaurants and bars.
The Miraflores area has everything you will need for a fun family holiday, golfing break or a relaxing time. The world-renowned Miraflores clubhouse is very welcoming; is only a 5-minute walk, and is fully equipped with swimming pools, outdoor tennis courts, and many other sport activities and has some tranquil riverside garden walks. Of course it also has a 5* restaurant with cabaret evening entertainment.
A short drive or taxi run will bring you to any activity, sporting event, entertainment, quiet village resorts, golf courses, mountains, beaches, historical sites, museums, walks, parks, cities, night life etc.
Our passion is to the sandy beach directly below the apartment for fresh-air walks and a swim, or a short 15-minute drive to Mijas village in the mountain behind the apartment for a relaxing evening and some fine food. Our children would prefer “Tivily World” Theme Park (15min) or “Aqualand” Water Park (20min), exits 222 and 227 off the A7 motorway. Or more often, a lazy day with new friends on the sun beds by the swimming pools. Maybe some day I will try the Miraflores Golf Academy and take up golfing, after all this is Golf Valley with approx. 57 Golf Courses!
In our apartment you will find leaflets with clear directions to all these activities and many more. Over the past 5 years since we purchased the apartment our family holidays in Miraflores have been most enjoyable and relaxing and exciting enough that our kids always insist we return there.
For the first time in June 2007 we decided to rent out the apartment so that you may enjoy this holiday experience!
