Rabita Media is set in the hills between Torrox and Competa. It is a 50 minute drive from Malaga airport and easily reached from Granada. Although the villa offers a quiet location. Below you will see some photos, prices, a calendar and a description of the property.

Rabita Media is a newly built villa recently completed in 2006. It comprises of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the master bedroom having an en-suite wet (shower) room. The second bathroom has a bath and over bath shower. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space.
The main living area is open plan with comfortable seating and a dining area, also a log burner for the cooler months. As well as a CD player, the lounge has UK Sky TV with free view channels, if you take your UK Sky card you will get some more channels. a DVD player with LCD screen – we have a small selection of DVD’s but feel free to bring your own along.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, combination microwave, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer as well as a bread-maker for your use.
The large outside shed houses the washing machine.

The villa is set within approx two-thirds of an acre of land and has plenty of outdoor space.
The fully tiled heated pool is a ‘salts’ pool (no chlorine) and has both steps and a ladder. There is also a hydraulic chair lift for easy access into the pool should it be needed. The pool is open beginning of April to the end of October.There is an optional 35 Euros weekly charge for the pool heaters (this will not apply in July and August).
Four underwater lights give the pool a gentle glow at night.
There is a large shaded pergola at the far side of the villa to provide shelter from the sun in the summer.
The villa is also ‘well-furnished’ outside with table and chairs, four poolside loungers, with cushions and parasol. There is also a barbeque for your use.

The terraces boast stunning views of both the mountains and the sea with an ever-changing vista. The sun sets opposite the villa which makes it a pleasure to sit on the terrace with a glass of wine and enjoy the evening views

Notes
The rates above are for 2 people per week, there is an extra charge of 25 Euros a week for 3 people and 50 Euros a week for 4 people. There is a 50 Euro discount for a two week stay. The rates include sole use of the villa, the pool and the grounds. There is an optional 35 Euros weekly charge for the pool heaters (this will not apply in July and August).
A welcome pack will be included on arrival. All linen and bathroom towels are included. Guests who are staying for two or more weeks can liaise with our agents to arrange a mutually convenient time to come in to change the bed linen, towels and do any other cleaning necessary for your benefit.
The villa is usually ready for you after 14.30 on day of arrival and we request departure before 10am – but this may also be negotiable.
A deposit of 25% is required to secure any booking with the balance payable four weeks before the arrival date. The final cost will include an additional deposit of 100 euros. This is refundable once we have received the keys back safely and our agents have checked the villa for any breakages or damage.
