Apartment, terrace and balcony are all on one level (no steps); spacious livingroom with american kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge etc); big bedroom with 3 mtrs wardrobes, double bed 210 x 200 cm; nice bathroom with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer; lovely surrounding, a lot of green areas, community pool and garden; only a 3 minutes walk to the sandy beach of Elviria; restaurants, supermarket, cafes, chiringuitos (beachbars) are close to the building in walking distance (100-300 mtrs); only 8 km from Marbella city, in car you need aprox. 8 minutes; for further information,photos etc please send me an email or call me

The apartmanet is perfect for long or short holiday! We have had a wonderful week! The location is ideal and the service is very friendly! The best part is ther stunning view from both terraces! Thank you very very much!!!
