Very lightly duplex apartment, close to all anmenities and local transport (buses), you don´t need a car as the beach is just crossing the road with local beach bars which serve excellent food , the fishing port with a lot of restaurants full of character are 5 minutes walking. The Marbella historic centre is 10 minutes walking, towards the old town, there are a great variety of restaurans and bars.
The beauty of staying in Marbella town is that it doesnt close up after the holiday season, it’s possible to holiday all year.
Marbella has the most pleasant micro climate of the Costa del Sol, which makes the ideal holiday destination and it makes possible to enjoy the beaches and a wide variety of outdoor activities year round.
