Casa Susi is a privately owned townhouse located in the residential area of Arcos de la Perla just 3 kilometres from the old white Andalusian village of Benalmadena Pueblo with its cobbled streets planted with glorious displays of plants and flowers. Take a walk though the Plaza de España and maybe take lunch or just a drink at one of the traditional Spanish bars.
The house is on two levels; upstairs is the master bedroom with its own terrace affording wonderful views across the Mediterranean. The main bathroom is also on this level. Downstairs is the open-plan lounge with kitchen and although compact this has an inbuilt dishwasher. The sofa in the living room folds out to make a comfortable double bed. There is also a shower room with WC adjacent to the living room. The south-facing terrace has breathtaking views across the Mediterranean and at certain times you can see the Atlas Mountains in North Africa! Sun-loungers are provided on the terrace for your comfort and relaxation as well as a barbecue, dining table & chairs. So, picture yourself on a warm summers evening enjoying a glass of well chilled white Rioja while the food sizzles on the barbecue and the scent of cooking prepares everybody for an enjoyable family meal.
Arcos de la Perla is tastefully laid out with its colourfully paved streets, open public plaza and large swimming pool set in gardens with palm trees providing the shade. It is a short walk to the coast where local bus services operate, taking you to Fuengirola or maybe into Málaga city with its many shops, beautiful streets and spectacular cathedral.

Perfect for relaxing

Stayed in this townhouse for two weeks and it was amazing. Everything about the place was great. The townhouse itself, the beautiful views the terrace, the peace and quiet we could go on! The pool was a godsend on the hot days, it was never busy even some days having it to yourself pure bliss. There is a lovely beach in Carvajal roughly about 1/2 hour walk away but accessible by bus or the train. The bus stop heading toward Fuengirola is about 5/10 minutes walk and then about 15 minute walk to the stop going in the direction of Benalmanda but you don't mind because it a lovely walk looking at the sea. The train station is about 20 mins walk up a bit of a hill. We would highly recommend this townhouse and John and Kay were very helpful with everything. It was everything and more we would have wanted.
