Close to town and port of Estepona. 30 minutes drive to Gibraltar, 20 minutes to VALDERRAMA.
10 minutes drive to Puerto Banus and Marbella.

Lovely quiet area with countryside and mountain views.
Horse riding, diving and Selwo park all withing minutes.

The house is new with lovely new furniture (it was the show house).
Located within a secure gated development with allocated parking.

3 bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom. Sleeps 6.
The Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and balcony overlooking pool and tropical gardens.
Well equipped kitchen and utility room with washing machine and drying facilities.
For families with young children there is a travel cot and high chair in the house.

The terrace/patio is south facing with all day sun making it an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing meal or sunbathing.
There is a communal pool, within a fenced area ensuring safety for children. The house looks out directly on to the pool.


This house is ideal if you are looking to rent an apartment or villa for your holiday in Spain for a party of up to 6 people.

All rates to include electricity and full cleaning before and after your stay.

25% deposit will be taken at time of booking, and balance to be paid 8 weeks before holiday date together with £200 breakages deposit (returned in full if no damages). If the holiday is within the next 8 weeks, the full payment is due when booking. Please contact me for special last minute rates.
Prices quoted may not be exact, so please contact me, or check our website below, for exact prices for specific dates.

Saturday or Sunday changeover preferred in high season. Othertimes we are fully flexible.
