ALAMAR II, NO.1, PLAYA BURRIANA NERJA (MALAGA) SPAIN - VILLA FILIPINOS
100 metres from the Burriana Beach and a short walk from the Balcon de Europa. Three storey end of terrace town house and garden. Use of shared swimming pool (shallow end 5ft and middle to deep end 8ft) in community garden overlooking beach. (11 houses in the development). Parking for two vehicles (in tandem) outside the house. Nerja is 53kms East from Malaga on N.340. Less than 1 hour.
First Floor
Double bedded master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Two further double bedded rooms. Second bathroom. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
Ground Floor Large entrance hall with cloakroom. Lounge/dining room with sliding glass door to upper terrace, with retractable sun blinds. Ceiling fan in lounge. Digital television/video with some English channels. Music centre with CD player, radio and tape player.
Fitted kitchen, fridge freezer, cooker, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. Granite work surfaces. Well equipped with china, glass, cutlery and utensils.
Lower Floor
Two twin bedded rooms, bathroom, games room, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Safe for valuables.
Garden Jacuzzi for 5. Tiled and terraced garden with covered and lit outside eating area. Built in barbecue. Sun loungers, tables and chairs for garden and terrace.
Bed linen, bathroom towels, tea towels provided. We do not provide beach towels or cot bedding.
Built in storage and convector heaters throughout the house plus an electric fire in the lounge.
High chairs and cots available.

VILLA FILIPINOS
BOOKING CONTRACT
We wish to reserve Villa Filipinos No.1, Alamar II, for the period of______ weeks,
commencing at 3.00 p.m. on Saturday_____________ and terminating at 10.00 a.m.
on Saturday ____________. We enclose booking deposit of £_________ (being
50% of the total rental due), made payable to Mrs. G.S. Martin. We accept that
the balance of £__________ plus a refundable deposit of £100.00 against breakages,
damage, and failure to return the keys, will be paid on___________ not later than 12
weeks prior to departure. We also confirm that we understand that in the event of
failure to pay the balance by the due date, and/or in the event of cancellation by
ourselves, Mrs. G.S. Martin can automatically re-let the property. Should
Mrs. G.S. Martin be unable to re-let the property no monies will be refunded.
All monies in full for any booking made less 12 weeks prior to commencement will be
due in the event of cancellation.
1. Mrs. G.S. Martin regrets that she cannot accept any liability or pay any
compensation where the performance of our contractual obligation is prevented or
affected by reason of circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances
would include any event which we or the supplier of the services could not
foresee or avoid as, for example, civil strife, natural disaster, industrial dispute,
fire, adverse weather conditions, breakdown and all similar circumstances beyond
our control.
2. All baggage and personal possessions remain at all times and in all circumstances at your risk. You are strongly advised to have full insurance to
cover all such items for loss or theft in all circumstances.
3. Mrs. G.S. Martin cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury
howsoever caused to any occupier or visitor to the property. All such persons are
advised to take care that such injury is not caused by equipment and in particular
to take care whilst using the games room and all outdoor equipment and SPA. It
is to be noted that proper precautions should be taken in relation to the marble and
tiled floor which are in common use in Spain and it should be ensured that
these are kept dry at all times to prevent accidents. All members of the party are advised to take full medical and accident insurance to cover all eventualities
and this Contract is accepted by the owners on that basis.
4. Mrs. G.S. Martin has instructed the Manager to check that all persons
named in the booking contract are those actually occupying the property. We
regret having to reserve this right but, unfortunately, the occupation of the
property in the past has been abused and the owners have a legal obligation over
the pool and communal facilities.
5. Cots, high chairs and stair gates can be provided at the current hire charge. DECLARATION IN RESPECT OF THE OCCUPATION OF VILLA FILIPINOS NO 1, ALAMAR II, PLAYA BURRIANA, NERJA, MALAGA, SPAIN.
