This newly furnished villa is located in a nice coastal residential area of Els Poblets. The villa has just been completely refurbished, the infrastructure of the house has been improved and a new private pool of 8x4 m has been built. The house is divided into two floors. On the first floor there is a nice and bright living room with wood burning fireplace, air conditioning (cooling function only) and electric radiators. Right next to it is the closed kitchen equipped with dishwasher, big fridge, oven, ceramic hob and much more... the kitchen offers you direct access to the garage, so the way with the shopping is not so far away, but there you will not only find space for your car, there is also a separate washing machine and tumble dryer. Further downstairs there is a bedroom with air conditioning (only cooling function), a double bed of 1,50 m x 1,90 m and a built-in wardrobe. Directly adjoining is the bathroom. Via an internal staircase (approx. 18 steps) we reach the upper floor where there are two further bedrooms, both with air conditioning (cooling function only) and a double bed of 1,50 x 1,90 m and the second one of 1,60 m x 2,00 m, one of the two bedrooms has direct access to the upper outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and sitting area. There are small houses, fincas and Denia a few apartment houses. No trace of large hotel complexes. The small town of Els Poblets offers everything for your daily needs. Doctors, supermarket, bakeries, restaurants and small bars. The area is a paradise for road cyclists. Even hikers get their money. From here you can start your tours in the mountains. And those who are looking for domestic suppliers: There are also German doctors and a German bakery and butcher. The equipment meets the Spanish standard and is very clean and well maintained. There is air conditioning in the house and heating for the colder time. We can arrange a pick up from the airport for you. The nearest airport is Alicante, 80 km away. But a landing in Valencia is also possible (110 km). There are also German-speaking contacts in the neighborhood who are happy to answer any questions.
