Villa Quicano is located in a peaceful area on the outskirts of Lliber, with stunning views of the Jalon Valley and the mountains. The small town of Lliber, located inland on the Costa Blanca, is only 1.5 km from the villa, where we find some typical bars and restaurants of this region, as well as small shops. The villa welcomes us with a wonderful outdoor area. Enjoy a wonderful private pool, surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers and a cozy barbecue area, all surrounded by a lovely traditional Mediterranean-style garden. The whole villa is on one level, from the terrace we enter through a covered terrace, perfect to enjoy the daily breakfast enjoying the magnificent views, which leads us to a living room with a rustic touch, which offers Sat + TV +DVD+A/C. A fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room. We continue towards a bedroom with a double bed, and another two with single beds, all equipped with A/C. Airconditioining is available in the bedroom. The large garden (8.000 m2) and pool are shared with our guests in de Casita. The house is perfect for 2 – 4 people. Find a spot in the sun or the shade. Las Laderas offers great holidays in tranquillity but is only 15K approx. to the beach. This modern Villa has the best of both worlds a rustic design with furnishings to match with all modern conveniences. Set out over three floors it has a master Suite on the upper floor with En-suite (shower) and build in wardrobes, a second large double bedroom and a single bedroom, again with built in wardrobes.
