Finca Arboleda Orange Grove bungalow is situated in the countryside near Vera in Almeria. It has 5000 sq metres, over an acre, of mature fenced gardens. We live here and also have a detached two bedroom bungalow which we offer for holiday lets. They both have use of a fantastic 10 metre x 5 metre swimming pool. The Orange Grove bungalow has one bedroom with king sized bed, a newly refitted bathroom with a power shower and a open plan kitchen, dining, sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped but does not have an oven, there is use of a washing machine and it has all the usual thing you would need. The sitting area has two leather reclining chairs, TV with English and Spanish channels and free WiFi. Outside there is a large table with chairs and bbq. The garden is big with mainly Olive, Fig, Pomegranate, Orange and Lemon trees. The pool has enough sunbeds, umbrellas and side tables for all guests. We are certain you will enjoy a holiday here as much as we have loved living here for over 13 years. The three-bedroom holiday home is situated on a spacious estate of approx. 700m2 in the beautiful Arboleas (Almeria, Costa Almeria, Spain). The interior is comfortable with on the ground floor a spacious lounge with air conditioning and ceiling fans. From the lounge an archway leads to a fully fitted kitchen. To the right of the lounge is a small hallway which then leads to the family bathroom and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is the master, which is a lovely large room with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. To the rear of the lounge double sliding doors lead to a lovely veranda and a third bedroom. From the veranda, a door leads to the private pool and garden. The garden is very well maintained and offers tiled patios and sun terraces for sunbathing and sitting. From the terraces you can enjoy panoramic views of the mountains. The rear garden centres around the illuminated and heated private pool (8x4m and 2.20m depth, with roller cover and roman steps in pool).
