Our SanCarli flat is 35 m² in size, which feels large and modern. Everything is in one room and each part (sleeping area, kitchen and couch/TV) is separate. You live in a quiet area between San Agustin and Bahia Feliz, where you will almost only meet friendly locals and some relaxed Germans. You can expect a double bed, a sofa bed and is therefore also suitable for a small family. The breathtaking sea view with palm trees, direct access to the swimming pool and to the beaches Playa del Pirata and Playa del Águila will give you a real holiday feeling. You can enjoy free WiFi access, a modern 55 inch smart TV (with Netflix, DAZN, Youtube, Amazon Prime etc.), a lift and a communal pool. The open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob has a large fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. A washer-dryer, iron and hairdryer are also included.
