Located in one of the quietest areas of the South of Gran Canaria and a few minutes drive from the impressive maspalomas dunes. Making the most of the space, basically promoting comfort, has been my priority when decorating this studio of 40 square meters perfectly utilized. It has a large kitchen with induction hob, 1,80m combi fridge, microwave, small appliances and ample cooking utensils. The independent bathroom with a 1.10 m shower tray has a washer and dryer. The sleeping area has a comfortable double bed of 1.50m and a large built-in wardrobe. Opposite you will find a 1.40m sofa bed where two children can sleep perfectly. And finally it has a small terrace furnished with table and chairs for four people. At 300 meters from the studio you can enjoy the beach of Bahia Feliz, a beach of fine blond sand, where you can relax and sunbathe (it has sunbeds and umbrellas) On the same beach you have a windsurfing school where you can rent Tables of all types of measures and courses of initiation and improvement are given. You can also enjoy a nice meal at the bar located on the same avenue. A few meters from the studio is the small and charming Shopping Center of Bahia Feliz where you can make some purchases of souvenirs and groceries and with a variety of restaurants where you can enjoy a nice lunch or dinner.
