The detached holiday home is only 300 m from the wide sandy beach and is located in a quiet, residential area of Cambrils, in a dead end street with little traffic. The centre of Cambrils can be reached in approx. 25 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bike along the beautiful palm-lined beach promenade. The house was completely modernised at the beginning of 2020 and newly furnished with great attention to detail. The holiday home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower (with underfloor heating), 1 large living room with fireplace and 1 large eat-in kitchen, spread over one floor. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with state-of-the-art air conditioning units, which ensure pleasant temperatures and a good night's sleep even when the outside temperature is high in summer. At the centre of the house is the spacious, light-flooded living area with an open fireplace and access to the covered outdoor terrace. The new kitchen and the modern dining area are also located on this level.
