The house is quietly located by the sea (first line) in a slightly elevated location (9 m above sea level) with views of the trees and the sea. It is spacious (170m² living space) and opens onto a large covered terrace and on a private garden (500m²). The long sandy beach is accessible on foot, around 300 meters via a small path or 600 meters via a path. The village can also be reached on foot by the beach or by a path. Composition: large living room (air conditioner), well equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (including 2 air conditioned), 2 shower rooms (shower and WC). Villa La Perla is a spectacular luxury villa with 380 m2, built in 2010 on a plot of 700 m2 with a private pool, garden and fantastic views. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The living room is very spacious and bright with a beautiful view of the garden and pool. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, and there is an outdoor dining area with a barbecue.
