The exteriors are in a rural setting and have many corners to spend an afternoon with the family, either enjoying a drink on the terrace under the awning or sunbathing in the garden in one of the four sunbeds. The garden is composed of a lawn area, a small pond and different plants; plenty of space for children to play freely. The chlorine pool, although small (3.5m x 3.5m and depth: 1.2 m), is ideal for a refreshing dip. Thanks to the barbecue you can prepare delicacies under the starry sky. The plot is fenced and there are no neighbours next door so you can enjoy privacy and intimacy. The rooms are spread over one floor and 120m2; with a comfortable living-dining room with satellite TV where you can spend a relaxing evening. The kitchen is cheerfully decorated and includes cooking utensils, a gas hob, a table and four chairs as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
