The 110 m² (interior and exterior together) "Beautiful Modern Villa" is situated in Orihuela Costa, a town in southern Spain's Alicante region. The villa consists of a sunny living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The villa also features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite television, a DVD player, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a high chair are available. Guests can relax in the furnished garden or sun on the open and covered terraces equipped with blinds, all for private use. Beautiful house situated on a fenced plot of 600m2 only 3km from the beach. The villa has a very well kept garden with lawns, palm trees, shrubs etc... In the centre of the garden is the 8x4m swimming pool with roman steps, a maximum depth of 2m and a minimum of 1.20m, outside shower, barbecue and a terrace. The lower floor of the house is for rent, which is accessed through the door in front of the pool. The upper part of the house will remain closed as well as the garage. The house is distributed as follows: from the entrance you reach a spacious living-dining room, which is the distributor of the house (it has TV-SAT.) Then we find the modern kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, filter coffee machine, kettle and fridge with small freezer. Finally there are the bedrooms, both with double beds, fitted wardrobes and mosquito nets. There is parking space on the street, the garage is not usable.
